Scratch made, real deal, no short cuts, soup is what we do and we don’t hold back.

Our stocks & broths are house-made and long simmered to extract all the goodness from the bounty we find. These will jiggle like jello when they are cold - that’s the rich collagen we’ve extracted. No watery broths here.

Our soups are then scratch made using our broths. We use real ingredients and nothing artificial.

Proudly unrefined: Haven’t we had enough of overly refined food? In grocery stores we see refined flours and food-like products that are optimized for shelf life and profitability. In restaurants it can be overly fussy and expensive (of course there’s a time for that). We make it the old way, like grandmas around the world: delicious, nutritious and wholesome. There will be fiber from the veggies, the broth may cloudy, there may be little bits of fat or some bones, but it will be real food, and it will be delicious.
